Refund / Cancellation Policy - Residential Customers

Residential Per-Visit & One-Time Service Refund Policy

For residential customers requesting per-visit or one-time services, the following refund terms apply:• 

 

Cancellations Before Service:• If a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours beforethe scheduled service, you will not be billed for the visit.• 

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.• 

 

Cancellations After Service Has Started:•

 If a customer is dissatisfied with a completed service, they must notify us within 24 hours for a review.• If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost or issue a partial refund based on the circumstances.• 

 

No refunds will be issued for services that were completed as agreed upon unless an issue is reported within the 24-hour timeframe.

 

Weather-Related Delays: Services delayed due to weather will be rescheduled at the earliest available time. No refunds will be issued for weather-related postponements.By making a payment for services, the customer agrees to the automatic renewal and refund policy terms outlined above. Jamie’s Tree & Landscape reserves the right to update these policies as needed.
